Earlier in the year a big piece of my heart went with my cousins when they moved to ATL, GA. It’s around the holidays when we’d usually be planning our annual festivities. The pumpkin patch won’t ever be the same and Christmas most defiantly won’t be the same without them. Which is why I made it a MUST to go visit them before the year ended. I thought, why not for Thanksgiving? Only for family would I board an airplane with an infant and a toddler to be able to hold them again 😉 It was our first time flying which made us super nervous but all the more exciting! Honestly there’s nothing like spending time catching up with family. Sure, we still do that via texting and social media but being face to face with the ones you love most is the best. Im thankful to my beautiful cousin for opening up her home for us to stay and for the Neal’s for hosting Thanksgiving dinner.  We got a taste of country living and might I say, I can’t wait for our next trip. The outdoors is so beautiful and the weather was just right. The time passed us so fast! It’ll be a trip to remember and Im glad have pictures to reflect on. Here are some of the moments I captured.
I’m so happy/proud to call these people family! The saying goes “distance means so little when someone means so much.” It’s true. I carry my family in my heart everywhere I go. Im thankful for the ability to connect with them even when we are 1000’s of miles away. Until next time, ATL.!
