Amaris’s First Birthday

MY BABY GIRL TURNED ONE!

Time just flies by. I know I always say that but honestly there is no other way to put it. One minute you are in the delivery room waiting to hold your baby for the first time the next minute you are celebrating their 1st birthday. I know it would feel this way, after all Emmanuel is coming up on his 5th year! So I made sure to cherish every moment. There are so many things I want to remember about Amaris’s first year. I don’t want to forget the moment she first laughed, the time she learned to crawl, the first time she said momma. Small memories like that fill my head and I just feel so much joy. She completes our little family. Im so amazed by her everyday. There are many proud moments in my life but these ones take the cake. My kids are reaching milestone after milestone and it’s a blessing to be able to capture and share them with family and friends.!

Here are some shots from her bday party. Her ice cream shop theme was so fun & cute! It rained that day but that didn’t stop us from having fun- also didn’t stop our guests from taking out the ice cream bar. lol. Thank you to family & friends for joining us. A special THABK YOU to my right hand ladies that are always there to lend a hand. you know who you are :*

Mommy is so proud of you Cheeky. I know you won’t remember your 1st birthday but I hope you look back at these pictures and feel the love I put into celebrating YOU. You are worth celebrating. XOXO

There were 3 different invites I spotted on easy that I took inspiration from to create her invites. I just love adobe illustrator & My Cricut Machine for helping me put these together!

5(plus) parties later & my hubby is finally getting into the “DIY” mood. He’s always talking about how he knows how to build “this and that” so I challenged him to make this table top awning for me. If you know him he’s a competitive guy so you know he was all over the mission. lol… It turned out super awesome & he even built me a sundae bar.!!! I picked up this fabric from LA fashion district & it went perfectly with our colors/decor.

Pinterest Inspired cake came out Amazing!

My real life baby doll in her custom gown from Nina 💕 my hubby was so happy/proud to see his baby girl baptized in his faith. & I couldn’t be more prepared to continue to teach and guide her to the narrow road of Christianity. You are destined for greatness my love. I pray that you live in the fullness of God and that you will not conform to this world but be a light that shines upon those in dark places. That you have eyes that see the best in people, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad, and a soul that never looses faith in God. You were created with purpose, may Gods will for your life come to pass. Mommy loves you💕
